AP FreshDrop – Return & Refund Policy

This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases made through our website, marketplaces such as Amazon, Meesho, Google Merchant listings, or other online channels.

1. Eligibility for Return

Returns are accepted only in the following situations:

  • Product received is damaged during transit
  • Product received is defective
  • Wrong product delivered

To be eligible, the request must be made within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the product and packaging.

2. Non‑Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used home cleaning products cannot be returned unless proven defective or damaged at delivery.

3. Refund Process

After verification of the issue:

  • Replacement product may be sent, OR
  • Refund may be processed to the original payment method.

Refund processing time: 5–10 business days after approval.

4. Return Shipping

If the return is approved due to our error or damaged goods, return shipping will be arranged by us or reimbursed.
